Chuck provides instructor training and course writing services throughout the country. We, however, do not accept responsibility for course certification outside of Florida. We will assist in the process by providing the Sponsor with outlines, learning objectives and material necessary for the Sponsor to obtain such endorsement from appropriate licensing entities. Course outlines and learning objectives are available upon request.

As the past president of the Florida Real Estate Educators Association, Chuck has trained instructors for the past fifteen years. Many real estate instructors look to Chuck year-after-year and he has trained a majority of the real estate instructors in Florida. His students have many options but they continue to return to Chuck’s sessions.

In addition to being an active instructor and writer for the Florida Association of REALTORS®, Chuck is also the author of the mandatory real estate brokerage management course for the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and presented the course to all licensed Louisiana instructors on behalf of the LREC to rave reviews.

Chuck is also an instructor trainer for the National Association of REALTORS®. He is certified to Train-the-Trainer and has been called upon by NAR to present the At Home With Diversity course at several national REALTOR® conventions including the NAR Mid-Year Meetings in Washington, DC, and at the Annual Meetings and Convention of the National Association of REALTORS® at the San Francisco convention.
